It was a banner day in cross country for the American Athletic Conference on Friday. The American membership saw two regional champions crowned, a combined six NCAA Championship automatic bids secured and 21 student-athletes earn all-region citations after competing in 2019 NCAA Division I regional championship meets across the United States.
